question
Is this better to be stubborn or flexible in decision-making?
I think it’s better to be flexible in decision-making because things are always changing, and decisions should adapt to new situations.
For example, I used to prefer Apple products because they are smooth and easy to use. However, now I’ve started buying Android phones instead because I’ve realized they are more affordable and just as functional (as Apple products).
Would being stubborn limit your ability to grow personally and professionally?
Not really, and I would say, it depends, Sometimes, stubbornness can really help you succeed, while other times, it might cause trouble instead.
For example, when studying math, I rarely give up on difficult problems. I’ll try different methods to solve them on my own, and this has helped me develop an independent problem-solving mindset. However, in group projects, my stubbornness can sometimes be a disadvantage. I tend to focus too much on solving problems by myself and forget the value of teamwork. This often prevents group members from fully using their strengths, which can lead to poor results.
That said, I’m working on improving this weakness and learning to be more collaborative.
Do you think you manage relationships well despite being stubborn?

I'm afraid not, like being
stubbornnessstubborn always make mefrustratingfrustrated in making friends. Because I seldom study with my friends, orlet's clarify itto put it more clearly, I just don't know how to behave properly in teamwork. I mean, where, we usually build our solid friendship. You know, we fight for better scores and we try to solve any problems together during this period, that can definitely lead toa beststrong friendships. Unfortunately, I am used to doing anything on my own, barely know how to actgoodwell in a team.

I’m afraid not. Being stubborn often makes it hard for me to build strong relationships, especially when it comes to making friends. For example, I rarely study with my friends. Or to put it more clearly, I just don’t know how to behave properly in teamwork, which is where most solid friendships are built.
You see, working together—fighting for better grades and solving problems as a team—can definitely help create strong bonds. But unfortunately, I’ve always been used to doing things on my own, and I barely know how to work well in a team setting. This is something I’m trying to improve.
Why do stubborn people sometimes lose friendships?
Well, it's not surprising to see it. Stubborn people are way more likely to do anything on their own like me. But you know, teamwork usually goes along with solid friendships. Just imagine that, in a course project, your teammates and you are
addicted intofully focused on solving problems, and the relationship is growing meanwhile. But think about it if you just close the door to communicate with others and ignore the importance of teammates you probably won't get any close relationships during theperiod ofproject.
